buenos días , contacto por el siguiente número de orden 53593**** y otros puntos. Lo detallo todo muy claramente a continuación.
Y por supuesto solicito REEMBOLSO lo antes posible de todo el gasto (entrada+llamadas ) en cuanto me llegue factura lo adjunto a este email , porque ya el gasto de energía y tiempo lamentablemente es irreemplazable.. lamentablemente y obviamente viagogo ha de tener su seguro, como en la web aparece claramente el tiempo en el que se ha de comunicar y por mi parte más que cumplido!!

no me vale tampoco que se diga que es un intermediario y se lave las manos, 1.- ha de tener una garantía y seguro... 2- es opuesto a la info que aparece señalada en la imagen anterior
3- (pues es así...) la WEB no cumple ÉTICA LEGAL de programación en relación con la falta brutal de transparencia
DETALLO INFORMACIÓN!!:
1.- e importante: me traslada el local que no me hagan lío.. que SE HA CANCELADO EL EVENTO, QUE NO SE HA POSPUESTO.
Ya de base la información es FALSA e insisto reclamo REEMBOLSO

3.- no sólo la información es INCORRECTA/FALSA sino que además también ocurre lo mismo con el teléfono de contacto.. en la búsqueda de teléfono tratuitos, y también tengo pantallazos.. cuando he preguntado también a mi compañía y efectivamente.. me confirma que el primer minuto te cobran 1.9 INCREÍBLE, a parte de marearte la perdiz, indicando 1.- si se graba la llamada lo primero 2.- por favor que esto tiene un coste..
y en ningún momento me han dado solución, se marea la perdiz hasta que te canses... y fatal.. en una ocasión empecé la llamada (concretamente la última que hice en el día de ayer) con un por favor.. antes de nada te voy a pedir que ''si no puedes darme una solución o información'' en menos de 5' me lo hagas saber para evitar gasto, estar aquí, mareo, ..
porque ya de por sí también es engañoso que el teléfono sea gratuito.
Como me han llegado a descolgar en inglés.. llamando al teléfono de españa.. que llamé en varias ocasiones antes, y la primera colgué la segunda.. contesté...

hasta decir un '' por favor'' en serio.. que además computa el tiempo y gasto..

He querido comprar las entradas para el concierto de TXT en Barcelona, para el 20/03/2025, pero las he comprado hoy, dia 15/01, cuando solo lo pueden hacer los que disponen de membresía, y yo no tengo dicha membresía. Solo podia comprar las entradas a partir del dia 17/01. Por ello, solicito la devolucion del importe de las entradas.

My ticket was worth 30 Euro., this was printed on the ticket . I was charged 80 Euro by Viagogo .
This is 50 Euro or $100 Australian dollars for the booking fee. This is outrageous and I will never use it again. Also, I tried to get 2 seats. Could only get singles , so I left my partner home.
There was a spare seat next to me.
